Employer approval: understand your next step
Employer publishing approval helps the portal control who can submit vacancies. Your next step depends on the current account, email-confirmation and business-profile state—not on registration alone.
On this page
Three things to check
- Email confirmation: can you use the confirmed account?
- Business profile: are the required details complete?
- Publishing approval: has the relevant employer review been completed?
Start with the employer dashboard, which should explain the next permitted step. Do not create a second account to avoid an outstanding requirement.
What the messages mean
Under review: the publishing decision is pending. Check the account instructions and any request for information. No fixed response time is promised here.
Approved and ready: the current requirements allow you to proceed to posting a vacancy. Each vacancy still follows its own publication process.
Business approved, another step outstanding: confirm your email or complete the specified profile information before attempting to post.
Not approved or access changed: read the permitted explanation and use Contact & Support if you need clarification. Another account will not resolve the existing decision.
Approval is not a public endorsement or claim transfer
Publishing access is not a promise of applicants, interviews or a completed hire. It should not be presented as an endorsement of every claim made in a vacancy.
Claiming a Portal-listed job also has a separate review and transfer process. Approval of your business account does not automatically grant access to a listing or its historical applications.
Asking for help
Use Contact & Support and describe the status or message you see. Include the relevant public page link when useful. Do not send passwords, activation tokens or applicant documents with an account-review question.
Common questions
How quickly will review finish?
No guaranteed review time is stated here. Follow the current account instructions and use Contact & Support when clarification is needed.
Can an approved account post any vacancy?
Use accurate information and publish only vacancies you are authorized to submit. Each vacancy must meet the portal’s applicable checks.
