What does “Portal-listed” mean?
Understand how a publicly shared vacancy was added, what its badge means and how an authorized employer may request control.
On this page
In short: A Portal-listed job was added by the Jharkhand Private Job Portal team from a publicly shared job advertisement. It has not yet been claimed on the portal by an authorized representative of the employer.
What the badge means
The badge describes how the listing was added. It is not a guarantee of the employer, vacancy, response or job offer. Check the role and workplace before applying and use Contact & Support if something looks incorrect.
How applications are handled
Read the application notice on the vacancy before submitting. Do not assume that the Portal-listed badge alone means your resume has been emailed to the recruiter.
Claim review and transfer
Use Claim this listing only when you are authorized to represent the employer. Creating an employer account or receiving employer publishing approval does not transfer the listing. A submitted claim remains subject to review before management can be transferred.
An approved transfer changes management of the listing; it does not automatically grant access to applications from an earlier ownership generation. Portal-listed describes provenance and claim state, not an endorsement, guarantee or applicant-verification workflow.
