Confirm your employer email
Confirming your email is one part of setting up an employer account. It proves access to your registered inbox; it does not automatically approve the business for publishing or transfer a Portal-listed vacancy.
Confirm the registered email
- Open the inbox used in Employer Registration.
- Find the activation message from Jharkhand Private Job Portal.
- Open the activation link and read the portal’s confirmation or recovery message.
- Sign in and check the next step in the employer dashboard.
Use the portal’s genuine message for your account. Do not share its activation or password-reset link with colleagues or outside recruiters.
Confirmed email, but posting is still unavailable
Complete any required business-profile details, then check the account’s publishing-review status. Email confirmation and business publishing approval are separate checks.
An approval message may still direct you to confirm your email or finish your profile. Follow that specific instruction rather than treating every use of the word “approved” as immediate access to all features.
Missing message or invalid activation link
Check spam and junk folders and confirm that you are using the registered address. Use a resend control only where the portal provides one; otherwise use Contact & Support. Do not repeatedly register.
If the link appears already used, try signing in. Use password recovery for a forgotten password, not to bypass email confirmation.
Claiming an existing listing is separate
A confirmed account does not automatically own a staff-added vacancy. Read the Portal-listed explanation and use the appropriate claim route. Review and ownership transfer must complete before the listing is treated as yours.
