Create your employer account

Create an employer account when you are authorized to recruit for a business or organization. Use an email address that you can access and business details that accurately describe the employer.

Prepare your details

Use the business name and contact details that you are authorized to provide. Enter the workplace accurately rather than selecting a larger nearby city merely to reach more people.

If you already have an employer account, sign in. Creating another account will not resolve a pending review or a forgotten password.

Register once

  1. Open Employer Registration.
  2. Complete the required fields and the verification shown by the form.
  3. Submit once and wait for the account-created or recovery message.
  4. Check the registered inbox for the native activation email.

The account-created confirmation acknowledges registration. It does not, by itself, mean that email confirmation or business publishing approval is complete.

Finish the two separate checks

Confirm your employer email, then sign in and complete any outstanding business-profile requirements. The employer dashboard should show the next permitted step.

Business publishing approval is separate from email confirmation. Follow the current account instructions; no review time or immediate publication is guaranteed.

Is your vacancy already Portal-listed?

A staff-added listing is not automatically assigned to a newly registered account. Read What does Portal-listed mean? and use the listing’s claim route when you are authorized to represent that employer. A claim still follows its own review and transfer process.

Common questions

Can I post immediately after registration?

Posting depends on your confirmed account, required business profile and publishing approval. The dashboard explains which step is still outstanding.

Can I use someone else’s business identity?

Only provide details and request control of a listing when you are authorized to represent the relevant employer.
