Review applications and record the next truthful stage
Authorized employers can review protected applications and record only the recruitment stage that actually happened.
From Employer dashboard, open Applications received. Choose All your jobs and the Active applications or Completed applications view, then open Protected application detail.
Record only what happened
Select only a permitted next status: Reviewed, Shortlisted, Interview stage, Selected, Hired — employer reported or Rejected. Hired and Rejected require explicit terminal confirmation. Do not use Interview stage unless an interview stage is actually being recorded.
Only the current authorized owner for the applicable ownership generation may access an application. Use resume information only for the recruitment purpose and do not redistribute it.
