How to create, download and use a resume

At applicant registration, choose Upload an existing resume, Create my resume, or I’ll do this later. A resume is not required to create the account. Complete the normal registration checks and confirm your email address before signing in.

Create after activation

If you chose Create my resume, the portal keeps only that bounded choice before the account exists. After successful account creation and email activation, it returns you to the existing Resume Builder. No anonymous personal PDF is created.

Complete saved profile facts

Use Save and continue for contact details, work and location, education and experience. Education supports no formal schooling, Indian school levels, ITI or vocational training, diplomas, degrees, professional qualifications and other truthful entries. Optional facts may be left blank when unknown. Currently studying is not shown as completed.

Choose, preview and attach

Choose one of the four designs, spacing and an optional photo. A photo is never required. Preview the exact private document, then generate or download the PDF. Download does not select it. Choose Use this resume and continue only when you want the generated private PDF attached to your account for future applications.

PDF creation currently supports qualified English and Latin-script output. Hindi and mixed Hindi-English PDF creation is not available yet; saved Hindi profile facts are retained and an existing Hindi resume may still be uploaded.

Return and update safely

After confirmed selection, return to profile setup or the intended open vacancy. If the vacancy closed, the resume remains available and you can browse other jobs. Creating, downloading or selecting a resume never submits an application automatically.

Later changes affect future previews and applications. An application already sent keeps its application-time qualifications, structured facts and private document.
